The Law Women organization at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville's College of Law is dedicated to shedding light on the challenges women encounter as they strive for careers in the legal profession. In addition to this mission, we are deeply committed to serving and supporting the Knoxville community, fostering diversity, and promoting the professional growth of our members.
Annually, Law Women awards two scholarships to students who complete unpaid public interest internships during the summer and one scholarship to a student who has demonstrated a dedication to Law Women's mission. To fund these scholarships, we organize an annual Law Women Chili Cook-Off, as well as ask for the generosity of individual donors. This year will be the organization's Nineteenth Annual Chili Cook-Off!
